Forgiving History

Ripples in the sands of time,
echo even through the mouth of mimes.
Even things mustard seed small,
can cause heartaches and cause a fall.

Frozen memories in a still frame,
can still reflect the scars of pain.
Mistakes of certain inexperience,
will not undo no matter how you yearn.

The best way to let wounds heal,
is to forget them like you never knew.
So love the person who stabbed your back,
or forever be at each others necks.

Cricle of life

Under the breath of a cheetah's cry
Feet moving fast, soon to fly
upon the ground hooves readily beat
kicking up dust in the African heat

Hearts racing both Predator and prey
Taking and losing, life on the bay
Chasing or running both the same
Precious lives are not a game

Pounching upon a Thomson's kid
Victim falling into a pit
no way out for this little girl
Choking her windpipe the cheetah purrs

Frozen Emotions

Winter comes the river freezes
out cold with chilled Sneezes
water under a winters spell
Upon the ice some children fell.

Upon dead logs the parents sat
watching children and feeling glad
little knew they could not grasp
a young boy sat alone and wept

Skating shoes and warming gloves
Did his parents sent with Love
however far his parents were
all he could was wear his gloves.

tears rolled down he's wheelchair bound
Firmly locked wheels on ground
he was sad, yes he was sad
until warm hands touched his back.
